Job Description:

-Application software functional support and set-up an environment such that the software packages are optimally utilized.
-Able to work together with business process owner to study, analyse and explore application system functionalities against business process requirements and identify area of enhancements.
-Responsible with IT Quality Management by perform and control standard format for documentation of IT Policy and Procedure comply with ISO standard.
-Be familiar with the operations of new subscribed/customer system and be able to do first level support on hardware, software, communication and system functionality.
-Co-ordinate the development and implementation plans for hardware and software upgrade, and new functionality of subscribed/customer systems.
-Perform analysis study, gathered user’s requirements, provide system specification, and recommend for application system development or software packages.
-Provide and establish complete application system documentation inclusive of technical, functional and user manuals.
-Experience with MSSQL , MYSQL , Oracle , ETL, Crystal Report, Power Bi, Tableau, Microsoft 365, SharePoint , Power Automate, PHP , Mobile App Development , Java.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent.

Job Description:
The Turnaround Coordinator is responsible to observe the compliances, punctuality, safe execution on the various ground handling processes during the aircraft ground time and to communicate any non-compliances with business units.
Detail Job Description:
-Turnaround Coordinator to be at site (as defined) during the entire ground time and coordinates all processes in all areas of responsibility which may arise during the course of aircraft ground handling.
-Check for availability of manpower and equipment for all types of services.
-Update Turnaround Checklist/Precision Timing.
-Provide immediate monitoring report to the BTW/ATW Planner about handling performance, document delays and reasons.
-Execute operational safety/load security checks on aircraft prior to departure, which also includes the coordination of all operational activities during irregularities.
-Execute the coordination of all activities of aircraft handling, including catering, cleaning, fuelling, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding.
Job Specification:
-Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Aviation or any related course is an advantage.
-Relevant working experience in Aviation is an advantage.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
