•Maintain QA record, to fill up the QA record every time plating
••Attend morning briefing with another supervisor by the Executive chef
•Process wastage report, to submit wastage report to cost control department weekly
•Perform Stock take, to do every end of the month.
•Ensuring all quality records are filled and completed as required (vegetable soaking/washing records, blast chiller records, portioning records, replacement item form/template and etc).
